Getting Started! (Red Alert 3)


Step 1)Download the "Hamachi" software from the link below.


(Please download the latest version that is available)


Now after installing "Hamachi"
Run it, and it should ask you what name would you like to use as your "Hamachi ID".
just type in whatever you like.

After that click on "Network" then "join an existing network"
and type in "RA3-ABC" for the network ID, and "123abc" for the password.


More Servers if that server is full.

RA3-ABC1
RA3-ABC2
RA3-ABC3


Finally run Red Alert 3! now go to options/settings/network in Red Alert 3. and change the online ip to your "hamachi ip address". After that apply the settings and you may start playing.
(You can host or join a game in the game mainscreen/versus/network tab)

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE GAME RED ALERT 3

    Hi.

    I recently bought Red Alert 3 on my Mac from mac game store to play with my friends who have PC's. Since server is going down, I shifted to Hamachi. I followed your guide, however when I get into network settings in the game, I cant see my Hamachi IP. Please help. Will appreciate.

      you should put your hamachi ip in options/settings/network change online ip to your hamachi ip

    Thanks a lot for your reply. The problem is there is no Hamachi ip in the drop down menu. I mean I can select Hamachi ip on my friends PC. but its doesn't appear on my mac

    you guys still interested this playing this game? i have stopped playing this for a few months now. Thinking of starting again. I have the latest RA3 gamedata and will post a link. Reply asap. =D

    Just download the ISO image without the "A" beside it. A = Uprising. we dont want the uprising version as it does not support Multiplayer. Un-check the other 2 uprising ISO"s and just download the normal ISO version.

    Anyone know the current passwork for RA3-ABC network as the 123abc password doesn't work, or new networks as all the others seem to be full?

      Hi Francisco. Me and one of my friends would like to play red alert 3 with you on Hamachi. I tried to type your ID name and your password but it's been writing that the network is full. Can you help us?
